The working principle of LM Vertical Mill is as follows:
(1)The motor of our vertical drives the grinding table through decelerator. When the materials fall down the center of grinding table from feed opening, hot air comes into the mill from the air inlet.
(2)Materials inside the vertical mill move to the edge of the grinding table due to the centrifugal force.
(3)When passing the groove on the grinding table,the materials are pulverized by the roller.
(4)The materials crushed by our vertical mill are brought up by vane high-speed airstream, at the same time the larger particles fall down to the grinding table for regrinding.
(5)The materials in the airstream pass the separator on the top of the vertical mill , while the coarse powder fall down the grinding table for regrinding under the function of rotation rotor.
(6)In this way,the fine powder comes out with the airstream,and is gathered by the dust catcher of the vertical mill.
(7)When the hot airstream inside the vertical mill meet the materials content with moisture,the latter will be dried.
(8) Through adjusting the temperature of the hot airstream, our vertical mill can meet different material’s requirement;Through adjusting seperator, our vertical mill can reach proper fineness of materials.
