High pressure suspension grinding mill is mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in industries of metallurgy, construction, chemistry, and mining etc, and this grinding mill suitable to grind non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and moisture content below 6%, such as barite, limestone, pottery, scoria. Size of final products of this grinding mill can be adjusted between 80-425 mesh (The fineness can reach 1000 mesh). High pressure suspension grinding mill is possible to produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder through special device in the grinding mill if necessary.

The whole system of high pressure suspension grinding mill consists of main frame, decelerator, classifier, piping device, blower, jaw crusher, dustpan elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder, and electric switch box, motor, etc.
According to users’ need, the grinding mill can also be equipped with accessory equipments like crusher, bucket elevators, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and switch box, etc. Inside the mainframe of grinding mill, the roller subassembly is suspended on the roller suspender through horizontal supporting axis, and the roller suspender fixed up with the main shaft and shovel stand. Located outside of the roller bearing house, the pressure springs make rollers push down the inside surface of ring through horizontal supporting axis. Shovels installed on the shovel stand and rollers rotate together when the motor drives main shaft through transmission device and the rollers roll appressed the inside surface of ring and rotate at the same time. The separator of grinding mill impellers are driven by motor through transmission device to rotate, more higher the speed of separator impellor, more fine the powders been separated.
In the mainframe of high pressure suspension grinding mill, there are strong springs with pressure as high as 1000-1500 kg equipped on the roller suspender. When this grinding mill works, the roller rotates around the principal axis, and clings to ring under the effect of the strong spring and eccentricity. Its press is 1.2 times of raymond grinding mill under the same press condition, so the production of this grinding mill is largely increased .When the materials are sent into the grinding chamber, they are brought to the space between the roller and ring and get grinded. Then the powder grinded will be blown into separator. The fine powder after departed with the air is discharged through the outlet as final product. The large-sized powder falls back for regrinding. The air will be back to the blower for repetition of the above process. The left air will come to the bag filter to get cleaned. When the wear and tear between roller and the ring reaches certain degree, adjust the length of the strong spring, so to keep the invariable pressure between the roller and the ring, to make sure the stable production and the fineness.
When entering grinding chamber, the raw materials are shoveled up by the shovels and grinded between the rollers and ring; the materials after grinding are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder became final products and come into the cyclone powder collector, the other unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded. The circular air returns back to the blower that the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter in order to protect the environment.
