MTM Trapezium Grinding Mill Construction and Common problems

The whole set of MTM medium speed trapezium grinding mill consists of main mill, powder classifier, speed reducer, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, vibrating feeder, storage bin, bag filter, pipe and fitting, cyclone powder collector, electric control cabinet, electric motor, etc.
When construct factory, make sure that the host machine can hang lift tools for repairing with a weight of 1.5 to 2 tons. Host machine and air blast shall be put horizontally on base of reinforced concrete. For cyclone dust accumulator and cyclone dust collector, we can dig pit to pour concrete under their supporter after installed them. When install, add sealing plate between flanges of all connecting pipes. Make sure that there is no air leak.
